Q: Can you build houses?
A: Pioneer Post Frame will construct a residence shell only (fully enclosed) as long as the owner assumes the general contractor management role or hires a licensed G.C. in the case of a construction loan through a local bank.

Q: Do I need to handle the site prep?
A: You are welcome to, but most customers take advantage of our machines and the full time site prep crew we have available. Utilities in a public right of way would require another outfit's involvement, but building pads, driveways, and MOST utility trenching we can do. We also offer in-house compaction tests at a competitive price.
